OPTIONS
One
Year Guarantee
This is
a one year program and includes:
- Workshop
Seminar, New-Stim Instrument, Training manual
- Follow-up
Monitoring Class two weeks after the Workshop
- Monthly
Mastery Classes for one year
(optional at no additional charge).
- Repeat
all or part of any future Workshop for one year.
The
tuition for the Self Care Health Care Workshop Seminar
is $1,495.00.
Second
immediate family member is $895.00 and the third is $695.00.
We
strongly recommend couples or families do the program together to get the most benefit.
There is a 10% discount for registration and full payment postmarked
30 days before a Workshop and 5% discount postmarked 15 days before
a Workshop.
There is no penalty if a cancellation is received more than
seven days before a Workshop. There is a 10% cancellation fee
if canceled less than seven days in advance. Any cancellations
received up to 24 hours before a Workshop may have the full paid
tuition transferred to a future Workshop without penalty.

Payment can be paid by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
or American Express.
